Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, while addressing the general public during Bhent-Mulaqat program in village Kathia (Ranka) of Berla development block in Bemetara assembly constituency, said that state government's scheme are bringing prosperity in the homes of the poor. Godhan Nyay Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Suraji Gaon Yojana, Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agricultural Laborer Justice Yojana, Haat Bazar Clinic Yojana are benefitting the common people. Mr. Baghel said that the aim of our government is to boost the income of common people, and all our schemes are formulated around this objective.
During the programme, Lakshmi Banjare, a resident of Anand village, told that her group Jai self-help group joined the Gauthan and started making vermicompost organic fertilizer. So far, her group has earned an income of Rs 10 lakh 14 thousand by selling vermicompost. There are 10 women members in the group, and each of them have earned Rs 1 lakh each. He told that the women of the group are supporting their families by selling organic fertilizers. Some have bought a TV, some could build a house, some have bought a scooty for their husband. Chief Minister said that these schemes have brought prosperity in the homes of the poor. At the Bhent-Mulaqat program, 65-year-old Kimina Banjare, a resident of Anand village, told that from the income she earned by selling vermicompost, she has bought a motorcycle for her husband and has also bought a TV set for the house. Chief Minister congratulated her on her financial empowerment.
Chief Minister made many announcements at the programme
Chief Minister made several announcements for the development of the area during the Bhent-Mulaqat program. He announced that Gram Panchayat Kusmi will be made a Nagar Panchayat, besides construction of community hall, higher secondary school building in village Ranka-Kathia was also announced. Administrative approval for Chana Gheghri Ghat has also been announced.
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said in his address to the programme that the state government has made schemes for every section of people in the state. State Government has made a scheme for Protection of Gauvansh as well. The main objective of the government is to bring positive changes in the lives of farmers and tribal people. He told that the universal PDS scheme has been formulated so that people of all sections of the state get the right to food. Our first decision after coming into power was to give loan waiver to the farmers, in which loans of 19 lakh farmers were waived off. Our government is implementing the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana for the farmers. Farmers will get its fourth installment on March 31.
