CM Vishnu Deo Sai Leads Tree Plantation Drive at New Assembly Premises

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today planted a Gulmohar sapling after performing traditional puja rituals at the Vidhansabha Building Campus in Nava Raipur. The CM participated in the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0' tree plantation campaign, aimed at spreading environmental awareness through symbolic acts of green commitment.
On this occasion, Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant, Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Arun Sao and Shri Vijay Sharma, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, along with other members of the Council of Ministers and all Members of the Legislative Assembly, also planted Gulmohar saplings within the Assembly campus.
The event also saw the presence of Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain, Vidhansabha Secretary Shri Dinesh Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary (Forest) Smt. Richa Sharma, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force Shri V. Sreenivasa Rao, Managing Director of Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation Shri Anil Sahu, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Shri Arun Kumar Pandey, and Chief Conservator of Forests Shri Raju Agasamani.
