Health Mitaan Helpline has successfully provided healthcare services to 1,023 patients
Raipur : In consonance with the directives of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, the Jashpur district administration, in collaboration with the health department, has launched the Health Mitaan Helpline (+91-9343992744) to address health-related issues within the community. This helpline is available 24/7, providing immediate assistance to patients of various development blocks, primary health centres, and the district hospital. The Health Mitaan Helpline extends its services beyond Jashpur, reaching patients in nearby districts like Ambikapur and Raigarh, as well as in neighbouring states, including Ranchi. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the helpline successfully provided healthcare services to 1,023 patients.
Applicants begin the process by submitting their applications at the Bagicha Camp Office. Within five minutes of submission, the helpline staff initiates the process, contacting applicants to gather detailed information. They then coordinate with relevant medical officers, administrative officials, and staff to address the health concerns. After these contacts, the helpline staff follows up with the patients, offering solutions to their health issues.
