Raipur: Raipur Police arrested smuggler Kamlesh Upadhyay and two others from Nagpur, Maharashtra, who were supplying drugs and took action under 21C Narcotics Act from Devendra Nagar police station. 23 boxes totaling 2760 pieces of codeine syrup worth Rs 5,50,000/- were recovered from the possession of the accused.
