Raipur : Jashpur, a district adorned with natural beauty that evokes a sense of peace and tranquilly among the people, has now found a new identity. This district has a village called Bagiya, which is situated on the bank of the Maini River and holds special significance as the birthplace of the current Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai. He was raised here along with the other siblings and family members.
The residents of Bagiya village said that for the first time, Chhattisgarh has a Chief Minister from their village and Jashpur district. They believe that this development will usher in a new era of progress in the region. He will focus on good governance and bring prosperity to the state. This development has created an atmosphere of enthusiasm and joy not only in the village but also throughout the entire Jashpur district.
With the oath-taking ceremony of Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai, who hails from the tribal community, as the Chief Minister, not only the residents of Bagiya but also the entire Chhattisgarh, including Jashpur and Surguja divisions, have embraced a new hope for development. The simplicity and peaceful nature of Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai is well known to the people of the village. Mr. Jitranjan Sai, a 75-year-old resident of the village, shared that, observing the simplicity and behaviour of Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai, the villagers first elected him as the Panch and later as the Sarpanch. Everyone here hoped that someday he would become minister, but watching him take the oath as Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh has brought immense joy to the entire village. They anticipated that he would bring prosperity and good fortune to Chhattisgarh.
Mr. Sukhlal Sidar, a neighbour of Mr.Vishnu Deo Sai, said that now the fragrance of the flowers from their village Bagiya will spread throughout Chhattisgarh. Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai is a simple and humble person, he will be liked by everyone. He has a good relationship with everyone in the village. His work ethic and behaviour will leave a mark on everyone's hearts. Under his leadership, Chhattisgarh will move toward development and prosperity, he added.
Mr. Banthu Ram Sai from Bagiya village said that whenever Mr. Sai visits the village, a grand welcome awaits him. Mrs. Shaniyro Bai, the head of the self-help group operating in the village shared that Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai listens attentively to their concerns and strives to resolve issues. Devanti Bai and Sukanti Bai from the village also believe that Mr.Vishnu Deo Sai will bring prosperity to Chhattisgarh.
