Chief Minister Mr. Baghel while addressing the program organised to mark the birth anniversary of Baba Ghasidas ji,said that"Baba Guru Ghasidas ji has always believed in the philosophy of equality and we also take inspiration from Baba's message of Mankhe Mankhe ek saman. The state government considers everyone as equal and has worked towards development of everyone in the society by treading on the path of Nyay and truthfulness."  The Chief Minister further said that  Baba Saheb's work is also based on this message of equality. Similarly, we have also made arrangements for reservation in class III and class IV appointments in the districts on the basis of census.

 was addressing the program organized in Bhilai to mark the birth anniversary of Baba Guru Ghasidas ji. The Chief Minister further said that our government believes in the inclusive development of the state,be it farmers, laborers,youth,women. We have always followed the teachings of great men like Guru Ghasidas ji. The Chief Minister also said that the message of Guru Ghasidas ji was to establish equality in the society, we have kept his message at the center of our governance. We have made sure that there should be no discrimination against anyone and there should be holistic development of all sections of the society, we are working according to this constitutional spirit and the path shown by great men.

  In his address on this occasion, the Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu said that Baba Saheb's philosophy of equality theough mankhe and mankhe ek saman talks deeply about our social harmony. The policies of our Chhattisgarh government are also made to work in this direction. In his address, Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria said that Baba Guru Ghasidas gave the message of following the truth. This message is a guide for all. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also announced to give one crore rupees for various demands of the society. MLA Mr. Devendra Yadav, Mayor Mr. Neeraj Paul, President of District Cooperative Bank Mr. Rajendra Sahu and office bearers of the society were also present on this occasion.
