,Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached the village Fingeshwar of Rajim assembly in Gariaband district  under the Bhent mulaqat campaign and met the general public at the main event venue after having food at the home of a farmer namely Mr. Biselal Sahu of Fingeshwar. He,then worshiped Chhattisgarh Mahtari and wished for happiness and prosperity and distributed materials to the beneficiaries. He took information from the farmers about the arrangement in paddy sale and purchase centers and said that our government has made a convinient plan in the interest of farmers. He also informed that the fourth installment of Rajiv Gandhi Nyay Yojana would be given on March 31.

The Chief Minister also announced the following;Rs 133.12 lakh for making Fingeshwar sub-tehsil a full-fledged tehsil, construction of additional rooms in Phanikeshwar Nath Government College, Fingeshwar, necessary additional rooms in 6 primary and 4 secondary schools of Fingeshwar and sanctioned to enhance seat capacity in post matric girls hostel Gariaband, he also announced an increase of 50 seats to 100 seats. Apart from this,  Kopra was also given the status of a nagar panchayat. Moreover, on the demand of students he announced to give 48 computers to the ITi of Fingeshwar and also announced to name this ITI after Baba Gurughasisas, he also announced the construction of a new bridge between Bhandari to Raveli,repair work of dilapidated bridge located on RD.1350 m from Kasarbai to Patoradadar road, construction of bridge over Pagar Nala on Hardi-Kasarbai-Behrabuda road, upgradation of the high school of village Borsi to higher secondary ,  construction of barrage drain in Akarbara for drinking water and irrigation of 18 villages

The Chief Minister interacted with the public regarding state government schemes and Mukesh Sahu of Barula village informed of that he earned 70 thousand by selling cow dung under Godhan Nyay yojna. With this, he bought a sewing machine and also taught tailoring to his wife. Today she is also contributing in the family's income. Mr. Sahu said that earlier we used to throw cow dung in Ghurwa, now we are preserving it and getting money for it, for which we express our gratitude to the Chief Minister. A member of the women's self-help group of Jenjra village told that they been making vermi compost manure for two years. The income received from selling it is used for the expansion work of the group, vegetables have also been planted in their badi. They also requested to build a shed to keep vermicompost. On this, the Chief Minister directed the officials to take necessary action instantly.

Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, President of Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Village Teka, said that the activities of Yuva Mitan Club have given a boost to the cultural programs in the state. Sports events are also being held in Chhattisgarhia Olympics. Due to this, the talents of the state are getting a chance to progress. Mr. Ghanshyam Prasad Gupta, the beneficiary of the Haat Bazar Clinic scheme, said that on Saturdays a team of doctors comes to the market and examines them and gives medicines free of cost. The Chief Minister said that the treatment has become expensive but proper healthcare facilities is every citizens right, and In view of this, we are giving free treatment and medicines and all of you must take advantage of this.

Ms. Urmila Dhruv of  Binauri village, a beneficiary of Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana, told that she used to be unwell due to very low hemoglobin, the Anganwadi worker informed her about the scheme where nutritious food is being provided in the Anganwadi center. After the regular consumption of the same has resulted in maintaining proper hemoglobin levels in her.  Mr. Gautam Nishad, the beneficiary of Rajiv Gandhi grameen Bhumiheen krishi majdoor nyay Scheme, informed that he has recieved the money from 2 installments of the scheme which has helped him financially.
