New Delhi, . People staged a protest at Jantar Mantar demanding a separate Mithila state, today.

Organized under the banner of All India Mithila Rajya Sangharsh Samiti, the head of the organization,Mr. Baidyanath Choudhary, led the demonstration. International coordinator of the organization, Prof. Amarendra Jha, national spokesperson Er. Shishir Kumar Jha, Supreme Court lawyer   Mr.Keshav Choudhary, journalist Mr.Santosh jha,Mr.Hira lal pradhan and many people addressed.

It is noteworthy that for the last many years dharna is organized on the opening day of the Parliament session.
