Gas Leak In Tamil Nadu, Many People Hospitalised
As mentioned earlier, a gas leak was detected in a sub-sea pipe in Ennore, Tamil Nadu. The moment this gas leak was noticed, it was stopped. According to the production head, the leak resulted in a strong smell which made five people uneasy after which they were shifted to a health facility. According to the officials, the five people affected by this, are fine now.

DIG, Joint Commissioner Avadi Posts Update
An update on the gas leak incident has been given by the DIG, Joint Commissioner Avadi, Vijayakumar on the social media platform ‘X’ (formerly known as Twitter). He said, “No need to panic. Stabilised. No more gas (ammonia) leaks at Ennore. People reassured and are back home. Medical and police teams present.”
