Chief Minister Extends Congratulations and Best Wishes for a Bright Future
Raipur : Rover Devashish Makhija and Ranger Mantript Kaur Sandhu, recipients of the prestigious President’s Rover Ranger Award, paid a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today. Chief Minister felicitated the young achievers by presenting them with mementoes and extended his best wishes for their bright and successful future.
It is noteworthy that on July 22, at a distinguished ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi, President Smt. Droupadi Murmu conferred awards on Rover Devashish Makhija, Ranger Mantript Kaur Sandhu, and Guide Kusum Sinha of Chhattisgarh in separate categories. Sharing his experience, Shri Devashish mentioned that this prestigious award is conferred once every four years to only 16 participants selected from across the country. He further expressed pride that this time, three participants from Chhattisgarh earned this national distinction. He also recalled being honoured earlier with the Governor’s Award by the then Governor Smt. Anusuiya Uikey.
On this occasion, Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Minority Commission Shri Amarjeet Singh Chhabra and Shri Gurjeet Singh Sandhu, father of Ranger Mantript Kaur, were also present.
