Administrative approval received for construction of roads in Jashpur and Pathalgaon area

Raipur : In order to build robust infrastructure in the state and fulfill chief minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s vision to improve road connectivity, state government is continuously issuing approval for constructions of roads, bridges and related infrastructures.

In this regard, Public Works Department approved the road constructions projects of around Rs 17 crore in Jashpur district. A fund of Rs 3.39 crore has been approved for the construction of 2.36 km of road in Chandidand Hatta Halkatoli in Jashpur area.
 
Similarly, administrative approval of around Rs 7.98 crore has been given for work of Bagiya-Sujibahar road of 8.70 km in Pathalgaon area. While Rs 4.3 crore has been approved for road construction work for 4 km of patch from Babusabhar to Golidih river and Rs 3.36 crore for village Karanjatoli Rajouti road of 1.20 km in Kansabel development block.

In order to boost local economy state government emphasizes on improved infrastructure, such as well-maintained roads connecting villages to main routes.

In just past 9 months since Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo's government came into power, the state government has developed a comprehensive development blueprint for the district and initiated its implementation. Priority projects include constructing school and hostel buildings, developing anicut irrigation systems, undertaking diversion, renovation, and lining work, building reservoirs and ponds, repairing main and branch canals, improving old concrete structures, constructing roads and hospitals, and appointing doctors and other staff.
