Damakheda Renamed as Kabir Dharm Nagar Damakheda
With Everyone's Support, We Will Ensure the Development in the State : Chief Minister Shri Sai
Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai attended an event in Damakheda, Balodabazar-Bhatapara district, on the occasion of Magha Purnima. Dharm Guru Panth Shri Prakash Muni Naam Saheb welcomed him on behalf of the Kabir Panthi community. Shri Sai announced that Damakheda will be renamed as Kabir Dharm Nagar Damakheda. He also said that government will speed up the construction of Kabir Sagar project. Shri Sai mentioned no new factories will start within 10 kilometers of Damakheda. He received blessings from Panth Shri Huzur Prakash Muni Naam Saheb for Chhattisgarh's progress.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai stated that, people have entrusted me to lead the Chhattisgarh as Chief Minister. I will server the people and will make every effort for the overall development of the state. Since childhood, I have participated in Chauka Aarti. It is a matter of great fortune for me that the monks of Kabir Panth have blessed my ancestral village Bagiya. You have bestowed a great responsibility of Chief Minister upon the son of a farmer from a small village. Just as you have shown trust in ‘Modi Ki Guarantee’, we will continue to provide opportunities for service while maintaining that trust. Together, we will lead Chhattisgarh further along the path of development.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma said, “Our government has completed significant long-pending tasks within just 2 months. During this period, our cabinet has approved 18 lakhs houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Mahatari Vandana Yojana, and the investigation of irregularities in the PSC exam as demanded by the youth”. He stated that the state government is committed for overall development of the state. He shared that Dharmnagar Damakheda is a significant center of faith for Kabir Panthi.
The state Government is committed to the overall development of Damakheda. Devotees visiting here will return with sweet memories of Damakheda. Food Minister Shri Dayal Das Baghel and former MLA Shri Shivratan Sharma also addressed the gathering. On this occasion, newly appointed Acharya Udit Muni Saheb, Guru Goswami Bhanupratap Saheb, former Sarpanch of Damakheda, Shri Kamlesh Sahu, Collector Shri Chandan Kumar, Superintendent of Police Shri Sadanand Kumar, DFO Shri Mayank Agrawal, CEO of District Panchayat Smt Namrata Jain, Additional Collector Shri B.C. Ekka, Additional Superintendent of Police Shri Harish Yadav, along with public representatives and a large number of devotees were present.
