Chief Minister asserted that the increasing influence of security forces in the region has instilled fear in Naxalites

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai paid tribute to the three soldiers who lost their lives in a clash between Naxalites and security forces at Tekalgudem in Sukma district on Tuesday. He extended condolences to the grieving families and directed the officials to ensure the best possible care for the injured soldiers. He also shared the state government’s ongoing efforts to establish new camps in the region to enhance security.

Addressing the escalating conflict with Maoist terrorism, the Chief Minister asserted that security forces' increasing influence has instilled fear in Naxalites, leading to cowardly acts by the Naxilities. He assured that the state government would provide unwavering support to the soldiers for continued efforts against terrorism.

It may be noted that the government had established new camps in Tekalgudem, Sukma district. Cobra, STF, and DRG personnel were on patrol towards Jonaguda-Aliguda from the camp.
