Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai flagged off the team of workers from Shri Ram's 'Nanihaal' to conduct 'Bhandara' in Ayodhya

Raipur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today flagged off the team of workers from Shri Ram Temple in Raipur to conduct 'Bhandara' in Ayodhya, the birthplace of Shri Ram.  Chief Minister Shri Sai visited the temple and prayed for the happiness, prosperity and well-being of the people of the state.

 On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that today is a special occasion for all of us.  A team of Ram devotees and cooks from Chhattisgarh, the 'Nanihaal' of Lord Shri Ram, is leaving for Ayodhya to conduct 'Bhandara' feast for the devotees arriving there for 'Ram darshan'. On January 22, in the presence of saints and mahatmas from all over the country, Shri Ramlala Praan Pratistha ceremony was organized in Shri Ram Temple of Ayodhya in a magnificent manner. It was a wonderful experience watching our nation's Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi preside over the ceremony. The Glowing Divine Light of our 'Bhancha'  Shri Ramlala was mesmerizing to watch.
 
Chief Minister Shri Sai expressed his joy of witnessing the entire country,  the entire world celebrate the 'Praan Pratishtha' of Shri Ram in Ayodhya after years of waiting.  Particularly Chhattisgarh, being the 'Nanihaal' of Shri Ram, is overjoyed about this occasion, which is reflecting in the festivities being organized across the state.  Chhattisgarh is the land of Mata Kaushalya.  We, the people of Shri Ram's 'Nanihaal' are expressing our devotion towards Shri Ram in various ways.  We have sent aromatic rice and vegetables from Chhattisgarh as an offering to Shri Ram on the day of Praan Pratistha.  A team of doctors from Satya Sai Hospital also went to Ayodhya to provide health care.  A committee of Six is leaving for Ayodhya today to conduct Bhandara in Ayodhya and serve Ram devotees for sixty days. Chief Minister thanked and congratulated everyone for their contribution and cooperation, wishing for constant blessings of Shri Ram on Chhattisgarh.

 Chief Minister Shri Sai, while congratulating the program coordinator Shri Dharamlal Kaushik, said that providing food is an act of great virtue.  It takes a lot of hard work to arrange 'Bhandara'.  It is a noble act of service.  Now, people of Chhattisgarh will be able to travel to Ayodhya via train.  The first train will depart from Durg.  Later on, devotees will be able to leave for Ayodhya from Raipur, Bilaspur and then Ambikapur stations in four different trains.  Under the Modi ki Guarantee, our government will take the people of Shri Ram's Nanihaal on pilgrimage to Ayodhya Dham for darshan of Shri Ramlala.

 Former Assembly Speaker and MLA Shri Dharamlal Kaushik said that Ayodhya is witnessing a huge crowd of devotees. Shri Ram is the 'Bhancha' of Chhattisgarh and Chhattisgarh has taken care that the devotees going to Ayodhya for his darshan do not remain hungry.  Everything from grains to big utensils and cooks are reaching Ayodhya.  Free food will be provided through 'Shabri Prasadalaya' for 60 days in Ayodhya.
 MLA Shri Sampat Agrawal said that the entire country is zealously celebrating this auspicious occasion.   It is noteworthy that Shri Sampat Agrawal has united the Seva Samitis and Ram Sevaks from Chhattisgarh to serve the devotees in Ayodhya.  These committees include Neelanchal Seva Samiti, Late Purushottam Agarwal Foundation, Kali Mandir Seva Samiti, Agrotech Society and Akshat Foundation. He said that Seva Samitis from Chhattisgarh will run the 'Shabri Prasadalaya' on the banks of Saryu River near Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

 On this occasion, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Women and Child Development Minister Mrs. Lakshmi Rajwade, MP Shri Sunil Soni, MLA Shri Purandar Mishra, MLA Shri Sampat Agarwal, MLA Guru Shri Khushwant Saheb, MLA Shri Motilal Sahu, co-coordinator of this program Mrs Lakshmi Verma, President of Rice Millers Association, Shri Yogesh Agrawal, along with a large number of devotees were present.
