Bilaspur : Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, on Monday, paid homage to the Former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee on the occasion of his birth anniversary. He garlanded the statue of the former Prime Minister situated within the premises of Atal Bihari University. Besides, Chief Minister Shri Sai honoured the valiant freedom fighters by paying floral tributes at the 'Shaheed Smarak,' a memorial dedicated to the freedom fighters of Chhattisgarh. University Vice-Chancellor Shri Arun Nath Diwakar Bajpai, along with Bilha MLA Shri Dharam Lal Kaushik, Bilaspur MLA Shri Amar Agrawal, Beltara MLA Shri Sushant Shukla, and other dignitaries, joined in paying tribute to Bharat Ratna Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. They offered floral garlands to his statue and commemorated the sacrifices of Chhattisgarh's freedom fighters at the Shaheed Smarak.
