Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today distributed goods and cheques of financial aids to the beneficiaries under various departmental schemes in the Bhent-Mulaqat program organized at Chhura, the development block headquarters of Rajim assembly constituency.
In the programme, fish nets, ice boxes and growth promoters were provided to 16 beneficiaries of the Fisheries Department. Similarly, knapsack sprayers were provided to 5 beneficiaries by the Agriculture Department, bicycles were provided to 20 girl students of Swami Atmanand School Chhura under Free Saraswati Bicycle Scheme by the Education Department. Tricycle was provided to 1 beneficiary whereas two beneficaries were given electronic cycle, 2 beneficiaries were provided wheelchairs and hearing aids were given to 10 beneficiaries under the Welfare Department.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel gave cheques of Rs. 80 thousand each to 5 women self-help groups under Women and Child Development Department, and a cheque of Rs. 1 lakh to one beneficiary under Panchayat and Rural Development Department.
