Balrampur 28 September 2018 / Additional Code of Conduct Shri Vijay Kumar Kuzur gave detailed instructions to the representatives of political parties regarding Model Code of Conduct and Media Certification and Monitoring and final voter list publication, giving detailed instructions while giving detailed information.

He said that it is mandatory to seek written permission for writing for the publicity of the declaration of private house. The Additional Collector gave detailed information regarding expenditure incurred in the election. He said that during the election, any candidate is allowed to spend up to 28 lakhs. The candidate will have to open an account in nationalized bank and withdrawal of funds for the election expenditure from this account. He said that the expenditure account will be calculated from the nomination day and it is mandatory to submit expenditure account within 30 days of the counting result announcement. It is mandatory for all political parties to mark the publisher's name, expenditure of printing on the template and promotional materials. After the Code of Conduct, the expenditure on publicity by radio, cinema houses and mobile phones will be added to the candidate's expenditure. Additional Collector informed the representatives of the political parties that the propaganda will be restricted 48 hours before polling and the outsiders who are not campaigning for election to the constituency, who are not from the concerned assembly constituency, will not be allowed to stay in this area. He informed that the vehicles used by political parties must be registered. Vehicles will be registered online and at the district level the additional collector and the sub-divisional officer at the section level will be the competent officers for the vehicle permit. He said that this time VVPET machine will be used with EVM, in which the voters will be confident that the candidate who has voted for it, whether the vote has been received or not. For this purpose, a slip from the VVPET machine will be visible by display screen only for 7 seconds and will automatically cut and move into the machine box, which will ensure voters can be assured. He said that this will make the entire election process more transparent. He said that no voter will be authorized to vote for no introduction letter. The Chief Minister has laid bhoomipujan and foundation stone for construction of 140 km long railway line under Rawghat-Jagdalpur project of approximately Rs. 2538 crores. It is worth mentioning that construction of about 95 km railway line from Duli Rajhara to Rawghat in the first phase of this project is in progress and on this route, railway service has started from Dalli Rajahhar to Bhanupratappur.
    On the occasion, the Chief Minister also released the widening work of 119 Kms of Jagdalpur National Highway from village Bardma-Dahikonga on this occasion. While addressing the mammoth gathering in Lalbagh grounds of Jagdalpur, he said that today is a historic day for the tribal-dominated Bastar division, where a new history is being created. He said - entering into a new age with Bastar Education Hub, Medical College, Nagar Nahar Steel Plant. There will be new industry and support industries. Development will get new momentum around the rail line. This area will grow 10 times more in coming time.

Dr. Raman Singh said that Chhattisgarh proposed a new model of expansion of the railway line with the support of NMDC, SAIL, SAIL, IRCON and CMDC, the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi approved it. In the program, the Chief Minister inaugurated the widening and renewal work of 119 km from Bidma-Dahikonga-Jagdalpur to NH-30 at a cost of about 541.88 crores. They laid the foundation stone of the 25 kilometer long 25.60-kilometer stretch of Lonandiguda Development Block at Tarangaon Garada Kodnar Road and Rs. 33 crore 75 lakh at a cost of Rs. 20 crores, 45 kilometers long Chitrakot Barasur road. Chief Minister inaugurates 'Deendayal Sahakar Bhawan' in Atal Nagar


Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said that the cooperative movement in Chhattisgarh has become a mass movement. The cooperative sector has witnessed the highest growth in the region. The Chief Minister was addressing the Co-operative Conference after inaugurating the Deendayal Sahkar Bhawan, headquarter building of Chhattisgarh State Government Bank (APEX Bank) in Atal Nagar, here today.
    The Chief Minister said that the development of the cooperative sector in Chhattisgarh has not happened in any other state. In the Chhattisgarh LPG connection agency, along with the public distribution system, the responsibility of purchasing paddy at the support price has been entrusted to the cooperative sector. Apart from this, the cooperative sector is playing an important role in providing loans to farmers on fertilizer-seed, agricultural work at zero percent interest rate. He said that due to good harvest this year it is estimated that the purchase of rice worth Rs. 10 thousand crore and the paddy bonus of Rs. 2400 crore will be paid to the farmers through cooperative. Chief Minister inaugurates 'IANCON-2018'
