Chhattisgarh: Cobra Battalion made Sukma 4 Naxalites stack, arms recovered

An encounter between the Cobra battalion and the Maoists in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh on Tuesday morning, in which four bodies of Naxalites have been recovered. On the spot the security forces have recovered a number of explosive and other items including an INSAS rifle, two 303 rifles.

According to the information, there has been an encounter between the Cobra 201 battalion and the Maoists in Virpuram of Sukma district. SP Naxal Shalabh Sinha has confirmed dead bodies of four Naxalites, two women and two men are Naxalites. The operation was conducted under the leadership of Commandant Rakesh Rao. This area is on the border of Sukma and Bijapur districts.

After getting the code of conduct, the Naxalites are carrying out the events in order to succeed in their plans. Earlier on March 19, there was firing between Naxalites and CRPF in Dantewada. Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh has said that the state government has made women empowerment their own misconception in the state. In the Communication Revolution Plan 40 lakh women are being provided free smart mobile phones. So far 20 lakh women have got mobile phones. The Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology (CIPET) is being established in Korba with the amount of District Mineral Trust. Dr. Singh informed that the DMF has sanctioned 761 works in this area at a cost of Rs 211 crore and 2767 works have been approved for the cost of Rs. 52 crore in the entire Korba district.
Dr. Singh said that in the Prime Minister Ujjwala scheme, the area has been given LPG connection to 45 thousand 453 women of poor families and one lakh 25 thousand women in the entire Korba district. Under the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme, 22 thousand 328 poor families in the area of ​​Korba district are being provided permanent houses worth 1.5 lakh rupees. Out of these 10 thousand 900 houses have been completed. In this scheme, 44 thousand houses will be constructed in the entire district.

Chief Minister, Katgora citizens pay homage to martyrs #vikasyatra

 Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today paid homage to the martyrs of Left-Wing Extremism (LWE) violence in Cholnaar district Dantewada in a public meeting at Tehsil headquarter town Katgora district Korba. One jawan is seriously injured.

Chief Minister appealed to the gathering to observe silence in memory of those killed. The jawans are challenging the Naxalites in their own areas. The progress will never come to a halt. There was a large turnout at the public meeting and the commoners spilled over on to the roads.
