Raipur: Prime Minister Shri Modi congratulated the Chief Minister Shri Baghel on the occasion of Prime Minister Mr. Modi's visit to Chief Minister Shri Baghel.


On the arrival of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today at the Swami Vivekananda Airport (Maa) of the capital Raipur, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel presented a floral greetings and received his sincere welcome. On this occasion, Prime Minister Modi congratulated and congratulated Chief Minister Shri Bijel on the new government for his leadership. After the formation of a new government under the leadership of Shri Baghel in the state, Prime Minister Shri Modi arrived for the first time in Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister welcomed the people of the region.

The Prime Minister will arrive in the afternoon from Helicopter to Raipur and leave for a special aircraft from Trivandrum (Kerala).

Chief Minister attends programme of Jhariya community

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel attended Shri Narayan Dev Jayanti programme, organized by Chhattisgarh Jhariya Samaj in village Kauhi of Paatan block of Durg district, yesterday. On the occasion, Chief Minister extended hearty congratulations to people of the community. Mr. Baghel assured of taking the necessary initiatives to resolve the problems faced by Jhariya community in availing their constitutional rights. In the programme, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was felicitated with a memento. On the occasion, state-level youth introductory meet was also organized.

Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that he was glad to attend the programme organized by Chhattisgarh Jhariya (Mahaar and Mahra) community. He said that by attending these community programmes, he gets the opportunity to witness and understand different rituals and activities of the communities. Chief Minister appealed people of the community to be united and make collective contribution in the development of the state. Mr. Baghel, in his address to the programme, informed about various decisions taken in the larger interest of farmers and labourers. On the occasion, Regional Head of the community Mr. Chandrabhan Meshraam along with office-bearers, local representatives and a large number of people of the community were also present.

 



Raipur : No hut will be demolished : Chief Minister : Bhagel weighed in ‘Til ke laddu’ on Makar Sankranti


Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel was weighed in ‘Til ke laddu’ on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti at Pujari Park in the capital today. He greeted the citizens of the State and wished them a bright and prosperous future ahead. The peopled fed the Chief Minister with the sweet. Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shivkumar Daharia, MLAs Mr. Satyanarayan Sharma,  Bruhaspath Singh and Mrs. Anita Sharma were also present.

Chief Minister said that no hut will be shifted or demolished. He assured the gathering that clean drinking water will be supplied in all the areas and extra land will be allocated to the Government College. The District Collector had been ordered to provide the land as early as possible. The State Government had been taking decisions keeping in mind interests of all sections of the society. The farmers’ loans had been waived and Minimum Support Price (MSP) for paddy had been fixed at Rs 2, 500 a quintal. The State Government will fulfill all the promises of ‘jan goshna patra’ (people’s manifesto). Property Tax and electricity bill had been reduced to half. He appealed to the citizens to pay Property Tax and Electricity Bill.

Mr. Bupesh Baghel said that prohibition will be imposed in phases. Liquor is a social evil. The society should also come forward for banning alcohol. There is a need for creating awareness among the masses. Opinion of all sections of the society will be elicited. A study team will be dispatched to the States where prohibition is in force. Mr. Baghel said that S.I.T. teams will probe ‘Jheerum’ incident and ‘PDS’ scam. Registration of five decimal plots had been started. F.I.Rs filed against chit fund companies will be withdrawn. The money of the working classes will be returned to them. Dr. Shiv Daharia said that the Government belonged to the native Chhattisgarhias. The authorities will focus on all-round development. Large number of citizens, corporators and people’s representatives were also present.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel said that Sanatan Nishnam Goswami of Chhattisgarh is the flag of the principles of the Gurdwara Shankaracharya. This society has made significant contributions in reaching its principles to the masses and keeping the society involved. The Chief Minister was addressing the conference of Chhattisgarh Sanatan Nishnam Goswami Samaj, organized in the building of Chhattisgarh Hardiya Sahu Society at Mahadev Ghat here today.

While addressing the conference, the Chief Minister said that Jagatguru Shankaracharya is adorable of this society. Jagatguru Shankaracharya established four monasteries in the four directions of the country and laid the whole of India in the form of unity. He said that we are going to obey all Sanatan Dharma including Goswami Society. The Chief Minister said that despite many foreign invasions in the country, Sanatan Dharma is eternal even today. The ancestors of the Vaishnava society adopted this sect for the unity of the society. In this society people of every class are included. The Chief Minister expressed gratitude towards the society for the cooperation and support received by the society.

The Chief Minister was congratulated by presenting the portrait of Jagat Guru Shankaracharya by the society. Chief Minister included in honors ceremony of newly elected MLAs

 

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today attended the award ceremony of newly elected MLAs organized by Chhattisgarh Uraan Adivasi Samaj in Purakhata Muktangan, located at Atal Nagar. On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that Uran Community is a progressive and educated society. For the first time, five MLAs from this society have reached Chhattisgarh assembly. He said that for the first time in India, son of tribal society has reached the post of Chief Secretary of the state. He said that there is no shortage of resources in Chhattisgarh, only by streamlining it and bringing its benefits to the people of the last line from the society, only then Chhattisgarh has the right to develop. The Chief Minister also challenged cooperation from the Uraon society for constructing a developed and prosperous new Chhattisgarh. He expressed gratitude for the support and blessings received by the society.

      The Chief Minister said that everyone should be involved in the implementation of PESA Act, Fifth Schedule, Forest Rights Act and Panchayati Raj. He said that every possible effort will be made by the state government for the advancement of the Uran Community. He said that we all have to make new Chhattisgarh, for this we have to make efforts of all the communities together. On this occasion, newly elected MLAs of Uraon Society were honored. He said that Chhattisgarh receives funds for development works from the Central Government on the basis of population, whereas the state is 9th in the country in terms of area. In the field of Chhattisgarh, there is a bigger state than the states of Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Bihar in the area, so for the speed of development, the initiative will be taken to get the amount from the area, due to which the remote areas of the state can grow rapidly Possible.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel has said that the new fishery policy of the state government will be prepared keeping in mind the interests of the fisherman community. The Chief Minister was addressing the conference of state-level youth-youths of Chhattisgarh Nishad society at Kharun Palace, Mahadev Ghat, in Raipur today.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Bijel released the book "Millen Manjuaja", published on the occasion of the website of social activities and the occasion of the Youth-Maiden Introduction Conference. Legislators S / Shri Satyanarayan Sharma, Vikas Upadhyay and Mr. Kumar Nishad were present in the program as special guests. Addressing the conference, the Chief Minister said that the tradition of collective marriage should be encouraged to stop the loss of marriage in marriage. A committee will be constituted for the study of prohibition by the state government, which will give its report very soon. Mr. Baghel said that the state government has waived the debts of the farmers and soon the action will be taken to halve the electricity bill. Raipur: Promotion of agricultural based industries in the state: Shri Bhupesh Baghel


Chief Minister attended the 73rd Annual Convention of Manwa Kurmi Society

 

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that his government will encourage agro-based industries so that farmers get better market and better value for their produce and in them the local youth can get more employment opportunities. He said that Agri-based Bemetra district will also be set up in agriculture based industries. Chief Minister Shri Baghel was addressing the 73rd Annual Convention of the Karmi Kshatriya Samiti (Dhandhada Raj) in Chhattisgarh Manwa Kurmi Kshatriya society held in village Rampur (Bhend) near Berla Block in Bemetara district on Sunday. He said that the government is committed to fulfill the promises made in the Jan Manifesto for the people of the region. Mr. Baghel also emphasized the need for comprehensive public participation to make the state free from addiction.

Mr. Baghel said that Bemetara district is a major agricultural producer district, which is why there is the possibility of agricultural produce based industries here. He announced that it would also provide employment to local youth. The Chief Minister said that Charkisgarh has four identifiers Narva, Garwa, Ghurva Au Bari-Ela is to be saved. The participation of the common citizens in its conservation is very important. He challenged the farmers not to burn the crop from the crop in the fields. This has reduced the fertility of the land. The Chief Minister said that on the arrival of Phagun month the cattle left the village open. Instead of fencing the field for protection of the crop, arranging fodder and water for the animals is necessary to surround the Gautan (Daehan) of the village. To improve the breed of animals, promote the production of milk-yogurt in the village. Fenugreek power of land will increase with dung manure. When the village becomes prosperous then prosperous Chhattisgarh will be built. The Chief Minister promised to take special initiative from the state government to solve the problems of PageL in village Rampur. He instructed the collector to take necessary action in this regard.

The Chief Minister said that in the rural life of Chhattisgarh, relations have been promoted for centuries. Our ancient tradition of this generation continues even today. According to the tradition of the village, we are coming to address the people, whether they belong to any caste, community, brother, nephew, maternal uncle, kaki, sister, and take blessings by touching the feet of the senior people. This relation is an integral part of the ancient culture of Chhattisgarh and is also a better example of social equality.

Shri Baghel said - The State Government is making a loan waiver of farmers and 2500 rupees per quintal of rice as per the promise. Shri Baghel reiterated that the loan of farmers will not be in forgiveness but-but it will be.            51,000 rupees check in the Chief Minister's Help Fund- In the Annual Convention of Kurmi Society, village Taksinwa resident Kamlesh Parganih presented a check of 51 thousand rupees to Chief Minister Relief Fund to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel will be on the tour of Giaiband, Bemetra and Mungeli districts on Monday 7th January. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel’s tour programme on 6th January


Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will participate in several programmes in Bemetara, Raipur, Rajnandgaon and Durg districts on 6th January (Sunday). According to the schedule, Mr. Baghel will board a helicopter at 10: 30 am at Bhilai and reach village Rampur (Baadh) Berla area district Bemetara at 11:00 am. He will participate in  Kurmi Samaj Conference.

Mr. Baghel will reach Amleshwar district Durg at 12: 00 noon. He will proceed to Mahadev Ghat district Raipur at 12: 10 pm. He will participate in Chhattisgarh Sanathan Dasnam Goswami Samaj programme. Later, he will take part in Chhattisgarh Nishaad Samaj programme at Kharoon Palace Mahadev Ghat at 12:45 pm.

Chief Minister will take part in Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes-Scheduled Tribes’ Shaaskiya Sevak Vikaas Sangh felicitation ceremony at Science College hall in the capital at 1:25 pm. Mr. Baghel will participate in a felicitation ceremony of the Satnami Samaj at Guru Ghasidas Colony New Rajendranagar at 2:10 pm.

Later, Mr. Baghel will take part in a felicitation ceremony organized by Kudukh (Urao) Adivasi Samaj of the newly-elected MLAs at Purkhouti Mukhtangan Premises (Atal Nagar). He will board a helicopter at Nimora-based helipad at 3:25 pm and leave for Rajnandgaon. Chief Minister will reach Rajnandgaon at 4:00 pm. He will take part in the All-India Hockey tournament felicitation ceremony. Chief Minister will reach Bhilainagar at 4:55 pm and take part in the Brahmaharshi Bhumihar Brahman Samaj programme. Later, Mr. Baghel will participate in the Chandulal Chandrakar Jayanti annual convention at Kurmi Bhawan Bhilai at 5:40 pm. Mr. Chandrakar was a senior journalist, former Union Minister and former-Durg Member of Parliament. He will arrive at his Bhilai-based residence at 6:30 pm.  




Chief Minister attends Condolence Meet : Mr. Baghel pays tribute to Litterateur late Dr. Rajnarayan Dixit and late Mrs. Suryakumari Dixit


Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has expressed condolence on sad demise of Senior Journalist Mr. Sanjay Dixit's parents. Chief Minister Mr Baghel attended the condolence meet held yesterday at Sindhu Bhavan, Shankar Nagar. He paid tribute to litterateur Dr. Rajnarayan Dixit and Mrs. Suryakumari Dixit and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.  Mr. Baghel has empathized with the grief-stricken family. It is noteworthy that Senior Journalist Mr Sanjay Dixit's Father Dr Rajnarayan Dixit and Mother Suryakumari Dixit passed away recently.
