District Election Officer and Collector Shri Narendra Kumar Dugga today called for a meeting of representatives of political parties in the meeting of the district collectorate, to help in the peaceful completion of the counting of votes in government Ramanuj Higher Secondary School situated in the district headquarters.
District Election Officer Shri Narendra Dugga said that counting will start from 8 am on December 11 at the counting center. Where the candidate, the agent can be present at 7.30 am.

During the counting of votes, the candidate or himself appointed by the polling or counting agent will be present. For this, he also asked representatives of all political parties and candidates to appoint the calculation agent for 3 days prior to the returning officer and bring the agent together to paste the photo.

District Election Officer Shri Narendra Dugga said that the use of mobile or any type of electronic device will be absolutely prohibited by candidates, agents at the counting place. Separate separate cells have been earmarked for each assembly for counting. In which the ballot paper issued for the postal ballot and service electorate in the first phase will be calculated. 7 Tables will be applied for assembly area number one Bharatpur-Sonhat and Assembly constituency-3-Baikunthpur for 14-14 and Assembly constituency-2 Manindergarh.

Food and drink ingredients at the counting place will also be restricted. At the same time, he gave information about preparing security personnel and inspection team and preparedness for information dissemination to maintain peace mechanism outside the counting place. Meanwhile, Additional Collector Shri R. A. Kuruvanshi and Deputy District Election Officer Shri Jagannath Verma were present.
