Chhattisgarh government will give jaggery to every family in Bastar, know what Bhupesh cabinet has decided

Based on the ration card, every family will be distributed two kilogram jaggery every month.

The meeting of Bhupesh Sarkar's Cabinet in Chhattisgarh was held on Wednesday evening. In the meeting, it has been decided to distribute jaggery to every family in all the districts of Adivasi Bahluliya Bastar division. On the basis of ration card, two kilogram jaggery per family will be distributed every month. The government has claimed to have decided to take decisions due to weakness and anemia disease. The purchase of jaggery will be done directly by the sugarcane farmers and jaggery factories of the state. This scheme will also benefit farmers.

Talking to the media after the meeting of Bhupesh cabinet, senior minister Ravindra Choubey said that with the decision to distribute jaggery to every family in all 7 districts of Bastar division, the people of the sugarcane farmers will also get the benefit. Minister Chaubey said that for some months rumors were being spread that the government is blocking the scheme of distribution of gram in tribal multiplicity blocks, but it is not so. Our government will continue to plan to distribute gram grains in 85 Adivasi multiplicity blocks all over the state.

Lease freehold

Minister Ravindra Choubey said that the cabinet has decided to give relief to all the leaseholders of the state. In the state, all the leases distributed in 1984, 1998 and 2003 will be handed over to the lease holder only, which will include those who have purchased lease land from any other. This will benefit a large section of the state. With this, the government has decided to give pension to three other heirs of Shahid Veer Narayan.

This policy made for transfer
Talking to the media after the cabinet meeting, senior minister Mo Akbar told that the government has taken a major decision regarding the transfer policy in the state. Under this, only ten percent of the third and fourth class employees will be transferred. It has also been allowed to transfer from village to village only to rural areas in the city. The employees whose retirement will be within one year will not be transferred.

 

Royalty will be used for beneficiaries
Senior minister Ravindra Choubey said that important decisions have been taken regarding the allocation of sand mines. Under this, the right to distribute the quarries has been empowered to carry the collector according to the proper rules and procedures. At the same time, more than 25 percent of the royalties will be given to those bodies and panchayats, where mining is occurring. This amount can be used for the development and convenience of the beneficiaries there. Under this, education, health and basic amenities will be provided in the area. Earlier this amount was used only in the formation of infrastructures.

The decision about the Vice Chancellor
A crucial decision was taken in the Cabinet meeting to appoint the Vice Chancellors of the universities. In the case of vacant post of Vice Chancellor of Indra Arts University, Khairagarh and Pt. Sundarlal Sharma Open University, Bilaspur, the person will be appointed for the post of Special Secretary, Barabar. Apart from this, the appointment of Vice-Chancellor of Kushabhau Thakre Journalism University will be the same, whose minimum experience in journalism or mass communication is 20 years.
