After the court orders, the husband was not giving alimony to the husband

For the first time in Uttar Pradesh, a person was instructed to pay Rs 4.75 lakh for the maintenance of wife in January 2017.

The work which was not able to order more than a dozen court judges during two years, it happened after five days in jail. A man who was not giving alimony to his wife despite many court orders from January 2017. After being sent to jail on an order of the Supreme Court, he had cut the check from the jail to pay the outstanding amount.

For the first time in Uttar Pradesh, a person was instructed to pay Rs 4.75 lakh for the maintenance of wife in January 2017. When the person did not obey the order, the wife filed a petition for contempt of court and in September 2017, a show-cause notice was issued to that person. After this, the date-date dates were filed in the case.

Then the court fixed the deadline so that the person running a pizza restaurant franchise could pay the money. The first installment came in October 2018 after the court ordered the person to appear for personal appearance when the court asked his lawyers to be ready to bear the consequences.

To deposit the remaining Rs 1 lakh, the court was asked to be present on every date of hearing. But he paid only 35,000 rupees during the five hearings in the next three months. After this, he stopped coming to the court despite the orders of being personally present in the court.

The strength of the bench, headed by Justice SA Bobde, has ended. It was considered a contempt of court by the conduct of a man. The court issued warrant of arrest against the person and asked the Delhi Police to bring him to the court in custody.

The bench fixed the date of the case after about one month but this time the man was ready to arrange the money from inside the jail. Five days later, a person's lawyers mentioned the matter in front of the bench and said money was ready.

The lawyers also informed the wife and requested her to be present in the court to collect the outstanding amount. The person gave Rs 2 lakh to get out of his jail. After this the court ordered the release of the man.
