Supreme Court will hear charges of sexual harassment on BCCI CEO Zohri

New Delhi. The Supreme Court has said that he will hear the petition filed by the Bihar Cricket Association regarding the sexual harassment charges against BCCI Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rahul Johari in July. Judge S.A. Bobde and Judge S. The bench of Abdul Nazir said that the petition in front of the right bench should be listed with other appeals.

CAB secretary Aditya Verma said in the petition that the BCCI has put the charge of sexual harassment against Johri completely in the cold storage. The conditions clearly state that all efforts are being made to prove Jihari innocent and the complainant has not been given the report of the 'Independent Committee' on behalf of the Administrator's Committee (COA).

Regarding the report of the CoA, Verma said that I have been fighting against the BCCI for many years, I am very sad to see that COA has been surprised by the way the COA treated socially with the complainants.
In this case the Supreme Court said that it will start hearing the case in July.
