On his arrival at village Mukta, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel was accorded a warm welcome at the helipad by locals and public representatives. He is on a visit to the Chandrapur assembly constituency falling under the newly formed Sakti district as a part of his 'Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan' to interact with the general public.
Revenue and District in-charge Minister Shri Jai Singh Agrawal also accompanied Chief Minister. MLA Shri Ramkumar Yadav, Shakambhari Board Chairman Shri Ramkumar Patel, Bilaspur Divisional Commissioner Dr. Sanjay Alung, IG Shri Ratan Lal Dangi, Collector Smt. Nupur Rashi Panna, Superintendent of Police Shri ML Ahire along with other public representatives welcomed him.
At the onset of his public interaction programme, Chief Minister said that I am here to take your feedback on the state government's schemes and to check if everyone eligible have access to the benefits of these schemes or not.
People were asked if they have received the amount of the third installment of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana in their account. Many farmers responded affirmatively that they have received the amount in their bank account. Chief Minister also took information about loan waiver, paddy procurement on support price, ration card and other related subjects as well.
He asked Bhagat, a farmer of village Chikhali, about his farm, and how he has utilized the money received under Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana.
