The said paddy has been confiscated on the basis of apprehension and the Mandi committee has been handed over to Pratappur. Similarly, the village inspection of Mr. Samlesh / Shankar of village Pratappur was inspected.

The said paddy, 146 sacks were also seized on the basis of fear. 60 borry paddy brought by Shri Ashok Jaiswal of village Dahman was seen and 392 bags were found in paddy unclaimed condition, no person was told to be the owner of the said paddy after inquiring. For the seizure of the said paddy, the Food Inspector Pratappur has been directed,Action has been done by the Food Inspector for seizure of paddy. Similarly, during the inspection of rice procurement center Dawankara, 200 sack paddy brought by Sri Mahendra / Suresh of village Giria was examined. The said paddy has been confiscated on the basis of apprehension and handed over to the Paddy Mandi Committee. In this order, the inspector of the retailer Shri Rambhal Goyal was inspected here.

150 sack paddy was found in the inspection and the said paddy was confiscated and handed over to agriculture produce Mandi Pratappur for carrying out the action under the Mandi Act. Token of 68 farmers of Dhan Purchase Center Pratappur was cut off, out of which 52 farmers reached Mandi for paddy sale and remaining 16 farmers.

 




Candidates not depositing the election expenditure accounts may be eligible for election

As per the directive of the Election Commission of India, the last date for submission of election expenditure accounts for candidates included in the Chhattisgarh election -2018 has expired. All the candidates who have not submitted their expenditure accounts to the Commission, they will be asked for a reason soon after issuing the notice. According to the rules of Election Commission of India, in case of non-submission of expenditure in the accounting time frame, the candidate will be declared ineligible for three years of election.

Chief Election Officer Shri Subrata Sahu said that within 30 days of the counting of votes under Public Representation Act-1951, every candidate has to file detailed report of his election expenditure to the Commission. Candidate presents his account to the District Election Officer. According to the rules, on December 11, 2018, the last day for submission of election expenditure details from 10th January, 2019 to the day of counting.

After this, now the District Election Officer will issue a notice to all the candidates and ask for the reason for not depositing the expenditure accounts. It must be submitted within 20 days of receipt of notice. Shri Sahu said that after considering the reply of the candidate and the comments of the District Election Officer, the Election Commission of India decides on this. If the Commission is not satisfied with the reply, the candidate under section 10 (a) may be disqualified for election for the next 3 years from the date of issue and it will be published in the Official Gazette.

It is notable that in the district, 5000 self-help groups in the district have been digitized under the e-power program being run through NABARD.

Through all the activities of self-help groups, such as group savings, meeting, insurance, bank loans and all data of their social life are filled through digitization, as well as saving every month in the group, meeting, loans related to their livelihood. Activity is recorded every month, as a result of which all activities related to register maintenance of women groups, meeting savings and livelihood are being operated smoothly. Depending on the regular meeting, savings and activation of self-help groups, the application for loans by the bank can be done through e-power. NABARD selected four active entities in the district, which included upgradation and development committee for Mahasamund Vikaskhand, Smile Social Institution in Bagbahra Development Zone, Diagnostic Services Council in Pithora Development Block, Development was entrusted to Development Committee for the Diagnostic Services Council and Development Committee and Sarai Pali Vikasghand in Basna Development Zone. In this sequence, self help groups of rural areas of the district have been digitized. In order to activate the groups, the animators were selected by the institutions at the village level, by which the monthly meeting of each group was organized and collected their data.

It was informed in the meeting that under the e-Shakti program, organized 100 camps in January, and organized all the members of the group through the camp, under the micro insurance scheme, the Prime Minister Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, the security insurance scheme, the Jan Dhan Yojana and the Atal Pension It has been decided to benefit from the scheme.
