Collector and District Election Officer, Mr. Hiralal Nayak, got information about Geo tagging of the polling stations from the Sector officials appointed for the Legislative Assembly election 2018 in the time-limit meeting. He gave instructions to inform the District Election Office by completing the work of Geo Tagging In a meeting organized at the joint collectorate building, the collector and district election officer has to inspect all the essential basic facilities in all the polling stations coming under their sector from all the Sector Officers engaged in the election and the lack of the polling stations in which the rural mechanics Instructions to the service officer to promptly fix and inform. He asked the officers who are the Divya voters in the polling booths from the Sector officials and asked them to ensure the wheelchair available in those polling stations. The collector gave instructions to the Chief Executive Officer of the district panchayat to provide photography, videography and wheel chair.

He asked the people to inform immediately when information about the criminal trend during the Sector Touring. The collector instructed the District Excise Officer to take strict action against those who purchased and sold illegal liquor daily. Instructions have been given to the Executive Engineer of the Electricity Department to ensure the electrical system in the buildings selected for the stoppage of the jawans deployed in the security arrangements during voting centers and during polling. During the election, the Collector gave detailed information regarding the work and responsibilities of the sector officials. In the meeting, the collector and district election officer informed about the upcoming Pink and Model polling stations coming under the assembly segment. He said that Pink and Model polling stations will be all facilities. In Pink Polling station, duty of only women employees will be imposed, where female voters will use their franchise. Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Shri Shiv Anant Tayal told EVMs before the voting. And VV Seeking information from the sector officials regarding the operation of pat machine. He asked to solve the small problems that came during election during his own discretion. The meeting was attended by Additional Collector Shri Vijay Kumar Kuzur, Divisional Officer Ramanujganj Mr. Ajay Kishore Larka, Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Durgesh Verma, and Sector Officers engaged in the election process.
