Lok Suraj Campaign 2018 : Chief Minister suddenly reached village Samhara dist. Gehiyband

Gehiyband : Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh suddenly left the helicopter from Dantewada on the second day of the third phase of the state-wide Lok SURAZ campaign, and suddenly landed in the tribal-dominated Gramabad district of village Samhara (Vikas-Chakra). The villagers gave their sincere welcome by putting a four-wheeler in the shade of the mango tree with great readiness.

On this occasion, two villagers - S / Shri Banshi Chandrakar and Ganesh ChandraKar, who returned from the shrine of Shirdi and Saturn Shingnapur, welcomed the Chief Minister with the flowers of Palash under Chief Minister of the State Government.
Dr. Raman Singh was very pleased to know that in the last two general elections of Samhara Gram Panchayat, the villagers have elected unopposed and elections for the sarpanches and panches are held by the consensus. Dr. Singh said that this is a good tradition of the villagers. The State Government has a provision to sanction the additional amount of five lakh rupees for the promotion of uncontested Gram Panchayats.
The Chief Minister said that since there has been uncontested election in two Gram Panchayat elections. Therefore, the Panchayat will be given an incentive of Rs 10 lakh for the additional development work worth five lakh rupees. He also gave approval for building building for the government high school, which started from the present session in Samhaura immediately.

Apart from this, Dr. Raman Singh also announced immediate approval for five lakh rupees for the Kamar community building in Chhatarpur, dependent village of Samhara Gram Panchayat and Rs 5 lakh for CC Road. While giving clearance to the road construction from the developmental headquarters of Chakra to village Rasela, survey for construction of dam in Bandra Nallah, drinking water tank in Samrah and road construction from Kuleshwar to Kadima, instructed the officials to start work in all these cases. .
The Chief Minister also approved the construction of the building for women's group on the demand of 18 women self-help groups working in Samahara.
Dr. Singh told the villagers about the various schemes of the government including Prime Minister Ujjwala Yojna, Prime Minister Housing Scheme, Prime Minister Good Luck Plan for power connections and informed about the ongoing works under these schemes in Gram Panchayat in Mohra. The villagers told him that the work of constructing a road under MNREGA has started from today in Samhara.
To solve the problems of the villagers, the Chief Minister also directed the Girijand District Collector to set up a solution camp at village Shankarnagar on 27th of this month. The Chief Minister told the officers that under the Swachh Bharat Mission, the outstanding amount of toilets built by some villagers should be paid within three days. Chief Minister Shri Aman Kumar Singh and Secretary Mr. Subodh Kumar Singh were also present.
