ASP Neeraj Chandra Kadam, PHQ Attach on Lathi Charge Case on Congressmen

Action taken by the government in Lathicharge case on Congress workers in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. Bilaspur Neeraj Chandrakar has been removed.
