The villagers, local residents and delegation from all the development blocks of the Mahasamund district got information about their demands and grievances by meeting collector Shri Himashikhar Gupta in the Jan Darshan program. Various applications were received in the Darshan, in which various applications were received for providing financial assistance under various schemes, making ration cards, benefiting from the Prime Minister's housing scheme, removal of encroachment, possession of lease of land, leasing of land, demarcation of land.
The President and Members of Primary Agricultural Branch Co-operative Society, Khemada, in the district, submitted applications in connection with the opening of Paddy purchase centers in Village Mongarapali (Reva). He informed that the farmers of this area have to go to other cooperative societies, 12-15km for paddy sale. On this, the collector asked the concerned department officer to take necessary action. Similarly, Shri Ramnarayan Sinha of village Ghanchapali and Mr. Mashanand of village Rajpalpur, Mr. Bhuvan Sahu of village Bhurka and Mr. Mannu Lal Sahu gave application to get a house under the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme. Shri Krishna Chandrakar of Gram Tendulotha Art requested to get the financial assistance for his daughter's treatment. He told that his daughter's mental condition is not correct and her financial condition is not good for her proper treatment. On this, the collector gave the necessary instructions to the Chief Medical and Health Officer for their treatment. Apart from this, Mr. Vedram Nayak of village Sukhipali demanded mobile under the Communication Revolution Scheme (SKY). Mr. Khirod Pradhan of Jhargaranidih gave loan for the dairy farm, Mr. Kishor Kar of village Lumkeni removed encroachment on private land, Mr. Premlal Patel of Kisanpur gave compensation amount for falling house from heavy rain and women of Navagagruti Mahila Swashyahana group of Bagbahra The trader requested the pond to get a fish contract. District level senior officials were present on this occasion.
