Balrampur January 24, 2019 / Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, New Delhi, as per the instructions of the District youth Parliament Program of Government College, Balrampur, will be organized on 28th January. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared his thoughts on becoming "the voice of India" in the "mind talk". Principal Prof. N.K. Devangan told that youths need to be motivated to join the Youth Parliament program to get knowledge of the parliamentary process and the problems surrounding them, to express the significance of the schemes of governance. Various colleges and non-institutional youths in Balrampur and Surajpur districts have been selected by Walk-In-Interview and Digital Process for District Level Youth Parliament Program. The selected youth should be present at Government College Balrampur at 11.00 a.m. on January 28, 2019. In this program, the global perspective established by India on terrorism, global norms set by India on economic criminals, global perspectives established by India on climate change, play India - an opportunity for emerging players, on the best time to create an identity for Indian players. The competition will be organized. Participants have to submit their views and facts on the above topics in the District Youth Parliament Program. Its duration will be 2 to 3 minutes. They will be evaluated by 05 members of the scheduled jury. 1 panel of 5 best speakers will be finalized by the decisive committee in the order of merit. The three best speakers of each district youth will participate at the state level. The prashasti certificate will be provided to the best speakers of District Youth Parliament. Additionally, participation certificates will also be provided to all the participants. The evaluation criteria for the selection of speakers for the State Youth Parliament has been set by the Jury Committee. The State Youth Parliament will be organized from 5 to 7 February 2019 at the state level. Selected participants at the state level will get the chance to join the National Youth Parliament.
