Raipur: Chief Minister met businessmen and business houses in Sydney

Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh met the representatives of leading businessmen and business houses in Sydney, Australia today. He is the manager of Global Engagement, TAFE New South Wales, Ms. Heath Roberts, Assistant Facty Director, Trade and Technology, TAFE New South Wales Mr. Michael Pitt, Assistant Faculty Director, Trades and Technologies, TAFE New South Wales, Mr. Ian McNivne and Ms. Roberts. To conduct the skill development and training programs of the students.

    Dr. Raman Singh told Ms. Roberts that our state is keen on upgradation of skill development and training of youth in all areas. TAFE can prepare skill programs for the state government in New South Wales mining sectors and other industrial sectors. TAFE has also shown interest in developing MOU with the Government of Chhattisgarh for skill development. The Chief Minister invited TAFE to visit Chhattisgarh to assess the future needs of the state.

    Dr. Singh also met Global Technical Services Manager VLI Mining Dr. Frank Hungerford and discussed with him about the capabilities of Chhattisgarh. Dr. Singh also discussed future cooperation with mining companies. VLI is a leading company in the field of mining, coal mining safety and technology. Dr. Singh invited Mr. Frank and his team to study the mining ecosystem of Chhattisgarh so that they could collaborate on mining technology with Chhattisgarh.

    Dr. Singh also met the experts of Watertech Company, the company specializing in industrial water pollution. Wattech is one of the largest tech and solution providers in Australia. Dr. Singh also met the Founder and Chairman of Power Laser Pvt Ltd, Mr. David Martin, Mr. Vinod Tiwari and Ms. Amy Rigas. This company has developed a world-class series of block chain applications. Power laser technology enables the sale of surplus energy during residential and commercial development. Dr. Singh invited the team of Power Laser to visit Chhattisgarh. After meeting with Chief Minister Dr. Singh, all the investors appreciated their efforts. At the same time, promised to travel to Chhattisgarh soon.
