Chief Minister inaugurated 17 development works costing more than 28 crores

The Chief Minister of the state Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has said that the state government is committed to following the path laid by the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. The state government, assimilating the message of Mahatma Gandhi's village swaraj, is continuously working for the development of farmers, laborers, women and the village. Gandhiji gave the country independence from the British rule by following the path of non-violence, this is an example in itself. Mahatma Gandhi, along with bringing social consciousness, also worked to connect different sections of the society. To carry forward his message of truth, non-violence and compassion, this Gandhi Vichar Yatra has been started from the historic Canal Satyagraha's Tapobhoomi Kandel from October 4. The march will conclude on October 10 at Gandhi Maidan in the capital Raipur. With this, Gandhi Vichar Padayatra will be organized in all the development blocks from 11 to 17 October.

    On this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the result of waiving the loans of the farmers of the state is that they have money in their pockets and there is no growth in the auto mobile sector in the state. In addition to addressing a large gathering at the general meeting held at Ramlila Maidan Bhakhara, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel also honored the families of freedom fighters. Also inaugurated 17 development works costing Rs 28.22 crores. In the program, Kondagaon MLA Mr. Mohan Markam said that the development of the country is possible only when the development of villages and villagers, women are empowered, youth get employment, it was Gandhiji's idea, the state government is constantly working in this direction. Abhanpur MLA Shri Dhanendra Sahu, Kurud MLA Shri Ajay Chandrakar also addressed the program.

    Collector Dhamtari Shri Rajat Bansal read the report in the general assembly and informed about the activities conducted in the district. During this time, the Chief Minister was given the certificate of completion of the house along with the key of the house, Smt. Pramila Dhruv, the beneficiary of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Two videos were displayed on the occasion. These include the first video 'Jab Dhamtari also became an example of Satyagraha' and the second video is the villagers realizing the Chief Minister's thinking and Gram Swaraj '. In the program, Rajya Sabha MP Mrs. Chhaya Verma, Kondagaon MLA Mr. Mohan Markam, Mahasamund MLA Mr. Vinod Chandrakar, Sihawa MLA Dr. Lakshmi Dhruv Mohla- Manpur MLA Mr. Indrashah Mandavi, Pandaria MLA Mrs. Mamta Chandrakar, Kanker MLA Mr. Shishupal Sori Citizens, public representatives, general public were present.
