Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel attended the Real Estate Rising Chhattisgarh program organized by Confederation of Indian Industries and CREDAI Chhattisgarh here today. He said on the occasion that due to the policies of the state government, the recession in the industry and business of the country in Chhattisgarh was not affected. The Chief Minister said that the guide line rate of land was reduced by 30 percent to speed up real estate. Similarly the diversion process was simplified. He said that for the convenience of traders, single window system will be introduced soon. Staff shortage will be overcome in town in country planning. Registration offices will also be organized.

The Chief Minister said that the plot size for LIG houses will be 90 square meters, similar to the Central Government in Chhattisgarh. The decisions taken by the Government of Madhya Pradesh regarding the EWS and LIG land will be tested and implemented. He spoke of taking appropriate decisions regarding keeping Agro Industries in the Orange sector. The Chief Minister said that loan waiver of farmers and purchased paddy from Rs. 2.5 thousand per quintal and Tendupatta remuneration rate was Rs. 4000 per standard bag. Then it was said that it is the government of the villagers, but as a result of these decisions, the industries and trade of Chhattisgarh The world has increased. The bullion business has grown along with the auto mobile sector. From the registry of small plots, revenue of Rs 92 crore was received from June to September last year. During the same period, the state government has received a revenue of Rs 152 crore this year.

Giving detailed information about Suraji Gram Yojana, the Chief Minister said that DPR has been prepared for the revival of one thousand 28 river-drains under Narva scheme. Work on these will start after the rain. He said that the Narva program is for everyone. Water is needed for all activities including farming, industry. This scheme will help in increasing the surface, subsoil and ground water. Chhattisgarh receives significant rainfall. Need to save it. He appealed to industrial and real estate-related businessmen to donate time to guide the villagers for the operation and management of the Gauthans being constructed under the Suraji scheme. He said that this work can be done by adopting one village each to serve cow mother. He informed that the Gothans are being constructed in the two thousand thousand villages, due to which 30 thousand acres of land has been secured for livestock.

The Chief Minister also honored the industrial representatives on this occasion for their remarkable work. Forest Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar, Revenue Minister Mr. Jaisingh Agrawal, Municipal Corporation Mayor Mr. Pramod Dubey also addressed the program. Industrial and real estate representatives including Confederation of Indian Industries Chairman Mr. Narendra Goyal and CREDAI Chhattisgarh Ravi Fatani were present on the occasion in large numbers.
